Facility Manager
Job summary
We are looking for a meticulous and experienced Facility manager to oversee all operations and upkeep of all residential and commercial properties. You will be required to prepare and manage budgets, coordinate maintenance work, enforce leases, advertise vacant properties, handle tenant relations, and more.

Responsibilities:
- Review utility consumption and strive to minimize costs.
- Develop and manage annual budgets by forecasting requirements and analyzing variances, data, and trends.
- Maintains facilities by investigating and resolving residents’ complaints, enforcing occupancy rules, inspecting vacant units, etc.
- Supervise teams of staff, including janitors, maintenance, and security.
- Inspect facilities to determine the need for repairs or renovation.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 3 years of working experience.
