Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Market and promote available properties to prospective clients.
- Generate and convert qualified leads into successful property sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.
- Conduct property inspections and provide clients with relevant property information.
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and existing clients.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Stay informed about property market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, or any related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in real estate sales/marketing.
- Strong knowledge of the Abuja real estate market is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads and close sales.
- Target-driven, proactive, confident, and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Remuneration: NGN 150,000 – 300,000 (Depending on Experience)
