Senior Interior Design Architect

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of interior architecture and design concepts from concept to completion.
• Develop detailed design proposals, layouts, mood boards, material selections, and presentations.
• Prepare and review architectural and interior design drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Develop space planning solutions that balance functionality, aesthetics, and client requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, consultants, architects, and other project stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and design reviews to ensure projects are executed according to approved designs.
• Oversee multiple projects and ensure designs are delivered within agreed timelines and quality standards.
• Select appropriate furniture, fixtures, finishes, materials, lighting, and other interior elements.
• Review samples, shop drawings, and material submissions.
• Work closely with clients to understand their vision, provide design recommendations, and manage expectations.
• Identify and resolve design and technical challenges throughout project execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years' relevant professional experience in interior architecture/design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating completed high-end residential, commercial, hospitality, or luxury interior projects.
• Excellent knowledge of space planning, materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and interior detailing.
• Proficiency in design and visualization software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Photoshop, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of architectural drawings, construction documentation, and project execution.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
• Strong project management and coordination abilities.
• High level of creativity, attention to detail, and design sensitivity.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with minimal supervision.
• Professional registration or relevant industry certification is an added advantage.
