Responsibilities:
- Conducting formal property valuations for sales, acquisitions, taxation, mortgages, insurance, and financial reporting.
- Analyzing real estate market trends, transactional data, and rental yields to determine accurate property values.
- Overseeing the daily operations of commercial, residential, or industrial properties.
- Managing lease agreements, rent collection, service charges, and lease renewals or terminations.
- Coordinating regular maintenance, property inspections, repairs, and vendor contracts.
- Ensuring property operations adhere to relevant property laws, environmental standards, and local regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of HND.
- 1 year of previous experience in a similar role.
