Job Summary
The Facility Manager is responsible for ensuring the effective management, maintenance and operation of buildings, equipment and infrastructure. This role oversees property upkeep, maintenance schedules, repairs and vendor coordination to deliver exceptional guest experiences. The Facility Manager ensures that each property meets high standards

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and functionality of the property
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve maintenance or safety issues
- Manage vendor contracts and service agreements for cleaning, security, landscaping and maintenance services
- Ensure all properties meet health, safety and quality standards for guest comfort and satisfaction
- Manage space utilisation, renovations and facility improvement projects
- Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff, technicians and external contractors
- Respond promptly to emergencies or urgent maintenance issues
Requirements:
- 4 years of experience
- Degree in a related field
