- Experience Level: Mid level
- Experience Length: 3 years
- Assess properties to develop Property Maintenance Schedules and manage preventive maintenance programs on-site and in Facility Management Software.
- Prepare and implement procedures and systems within company guidelines to ensure orderly, efficient, and prioritized work-flow.
- Source, negotiate, review, and manage service contracts.
- Budget for, monitor, and control the expenses of properties in the portfolio.
- Ensure Health, Safety, and Environment requirements are met according to best practices.
- Manage Lease and Tenant arrangements.
- Coordinate the Corporate Government arrangements.
- HND, B.SC, and any additional certification in Office Management are a plus
- Communication dynamics
- Proven work experience as a manager, team lead or similar role
- Degree in business management or other similar degree in business administration.
- Good knowledge of different business functions.
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Excellent communication skills and Solid writing ability.
