Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance and operation of facilities within the commercial building.
- Manage service providers, contractors, and vendors to ensure quality service delivery.
- Monitor and administer service charge collection and utilization.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance schedules, and utility consumption.
- Prepare and submit timely management reports on facility operations.
- Respond promptly to facility-related issues and emergencies.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and internal teams.
- Monitor and control facility budgets and cost-effectiveness of services.
