Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to join our Team.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Process ownership- The facility manager owns and manages the entire work process for assigned estate, building, or space, and this includes process improvements and so on.
- Supervision- Oversees all aspects of an estate’s function and guarantees the safety of the facility being managed.
- Timely resolution- Must be proactive, and very prompt to respond to clients’ needs.
- Ability to feature in a multi-dimensional structure- The facility manager must have the ability to work with vendors, contractors and other assigned personnel in his/her line of delivery.
- Must be a high achiever- Ability to take initiative, manage staffs assigned to him/her, run routine
- checks for safety, ensure correspondence with vendors, maintain records and so on.
Requirements:
- At least a minimum of a second class lower or any relevant certificate on facility management.
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in the field.
- Have great Logical, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Possess a consciousness of quality and customer satisfaction
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of office tools.
- Technical or field experience is a must.
