Job Summary
Responsible for planning and coordinating all installations and refurbishments, facilities upkeep, and improvement, also managing the maintenance team to carry out the maintenance work (i.e., cleaning works, maintenance works, etc.) across all IOGC facilities. Ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of all IOGC facilities in line with HSSE standards.
- Minimum Qualification:HND
- Experience Level:Mid level

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Check the premises regularly to ensure security
- Record and report emergencies
- Supervise the janitorial staff and other workers
- Hire contractors for equipment installation and repairs
- Evaluate existing systems
- Identify technical problems
- Monitor planned preventive maintenance
- Oversee waste management, garbage collection, product delivery, and other operations
- Carry out inspections of the facility
- Perform administrative or custodial tasks as needed
- Document lost and found items
- Perform random checks
- Participate in emergency planning
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management/Estate Management/ Social Sciences/ Structural Engineering
- Minimum 4 years (post-NYSC) work experience in Facilities Management or a related role
- Technical skills (mechanical/electrical)
