Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify, source, and acquire qualified loan applicants from markets, communities, and business clusters.
- Promote the loan product through field marketing, referrals, and market activation
- Collect and review loan applications with supporting documents
- Conduct thorough credit assessments and business viability checks.
- Educate prospective clients on loan terms, interest rates, repayment structures, and requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum of an HND qualificationÂ
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
