Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end performance marketing across the customer lifecycle (acquisition, activation, retention, revenue, and referral)
- Ability to build a business plan
- Oversee and drive the activities and performance of the sales activities.
- Meeting with prospective clients, creating quality business proposals, creating product awareness
- Liaise with other company functions to ensure the achievement of sales objectives
- Provide feedback, support, and coaching to the company ∙ Assist with the development of sales presentations and proposals
- Generate timely sales reports
- Sales of company products and services
- Formulate sales policies and procedures
- Control expenses and monitor budgets
- Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis
- Analyze data to identify sales opportunities
- Develop promotional ideas and materials
- Attend industry conferences, seminars, and conventions.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of HND/Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
- Project management skills with the ability to work independently and cross-collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to compile and present cohesive reports with clear action items and insights
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- A public speaker with a good stage presence can close the audience to make a decision

Remuneration: NGN 20,000 - 50,000 plus allowance and unlimited commission
