Job Description/Requirements


- Coordinate pickups lunches for manager
- Arrange travel accommodations
- Maintain & organizes managers schedule/calendar financials
- Screen phone calls, inquiries requests, and also handles them when appropriate
- Meet greets visitors at all levels of seniority
- Carry out background research presents findings
- Produce documents, briefing papers, reports presentations
- Organize as well as attends meetings ensures the manager is well prepared for meetings
- Liaise with clients, suppliers other staff
-Various ad hoc requests
