Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with directors, producers, and the creative team to develop the visual style and story of the project.
- Plan shoots, including creating storyboards and shot lists.
- Select and set up camera, lighting, and sound equipment.
- Operate cameras and direct camera crew, ensuring proper lighting, focus, and composition.
- Oversee on-set production and manage logistical details.
- Review and select the best footage from the production.
- Edit raw footage into a cohesive and polished final video, including cutting, arranging, and sequencing clips.
- Perform post-production tasks such as color correction/grading and sound design.
- Add motion graphics or visual effects as needed.
- Ensure the final video meets quality standards and brand consistency.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with the workings of documentaries a plus.
- Must be self-driven and goal oriented
- Ability to work with little supervision
- Would require a little bit of travelling within Nigeria.
