- Measuring the boundaries of properties and land using appropriate equipment
- Analyzing historical records and evidence to ensure data accuracy
- Providing guidance to staff on site
- Working closely with engineers and architects
- Drawing up sketches, charts and maps
- Presenting findings to customers
- Analyzing buildings to identify any potential discrepancies with current building safety regulations

- Strong problem-solving skills to analyze situations, identify solutions, and navigate complex scenarios.
- Good attention to detail to deal with complex lease agreements, financial documents, and property-related data.
- Exceptional customer service skills to build positive relationships and maintain client satisfaction.
Remuneration: NGN 150,000 monthly
