Estate Surveyor

Responsibilities:

• Measuring the boundaries of properties and land using appropriate equipment
• Analyzing historical records and evidence to ensure data accuracy
• Providing guidance to staff on site
• Working closely with engineers and architects
• Drawing up sketches, charts and maps
• Presenting findings to customers
• Analyzing buildings to identify any potential discrepancies with current building safety regulations

• Effective communication skills to interact with clients, tenants, and stakeholders.
• A comprehensive understanding of property law, landlord and tenant legislation, and relevant regulations to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Strong problem-solving skills to analyze situations, identify solutions, and navigate complex scenarios.
• Good attention to detail to deal with complex lease agreements, financial documents, and property-related data.
• Exceptional customer service skills to build positive relationships and maintain client satisfaction.

Remuneration: NGN 150,000 monthly
