Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Conducting property inspections and assessments to determine value and condition.
- Providing expert advice on property investments, acquisitions, and disposals.
- Negotiating leases, sales, and rental agreements on behalf of clients.
- Managing property portfolios to optimize returns and minimize risks.
- Conducting market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and developments.
- Liaising with clients, tenants, and other stakeholders to address their needs and concerns.
- Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to property transactions.
Requirements:
- HND/Bachelor's degree in Estate Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Estate Surveyor or similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Sound knowledge of property laws, regulations, and market trends.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and applications.

Remuneration: NGN 75,000-100,000
