We are looking to hire an ERP / Data Systems Officer who will implement, manage, and optimize ERP and digital data systems for farm operations, ensuring real-time analytics and decision-making support.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Administer ERP software covering production, inventory, sales, HR, and finance.
- Train staff on data entry and reporting.
- Generate dashboards and performance reports for management.
- Integrate IoT/automation systems for precision farming.
- Ensure data security and backup protocols.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. in IT, Computer Science, or Data Analytics.
- Minimum of 3+ years’ ERP/data systems experience (Odoo, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
