Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Programme development, planning and implementation.
- Establish Strategic Partnerships with specific organisations and individuals to help KEC meet its aims and objectives.
- Develop and maintain information management systems that are consistent with the needs of a small office environment and adhere to professional standards in public administration.
- Manage all administrative correspondence with funders.
- Coordinate KEC programmes, ensuring that they are successfully implemented according to plan. Submit a report at the end of each training session/programme.
- Work with all stakeholders and be present at all stakeholders’ engagements.
- Develop content and curriculum for KEC Training programmes with the support of the R&D Officer
- Programme Monitoring & Evaluation: Implement the monitoring and evaluation system according to KEC standards. Support internal & external evaluations.
- Evaluate training programmes and provide recommendations to the Management for areas to improve.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in business and Management, or other related Social Sciences. You must have completed your NYSC.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Program Manager at a Non-Profit
- Possesses project management skills
- Experience in Impact Monitoring and Evaluation.
- Innovative, compassionate, active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of Nigeria & Global Non-Profit Space
- Proposal writing and fundraising/grant mobilisation skills.
Remuneration: NGN 180,000
