Responsibilities:
- Email Campaign Management: Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns including newsletters, promotional emails, onboarding sequences, and drip campaigns.
- Automation & CRM Management: Develop and manage automated email workflows (lead nurturing, customer journeys, re-engagement campaigns) using CRM and email marketing tools.
- Audience Segmentation & Personalization: Segment email lists based on user behavior, demographics, and engagement to deliver highly personalized and targeted campaigns.
- Copywriting & Content Development: Write compelling, conversion-focused email copy that aligns with the company’s brand voice and marketing objectives.
- A/B Testing & Optimization: Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, CTAs, and send times to optimize performance and improve open and click-through rates.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions), using insights to continuously improve results.
- Deliverability & Compliance: Ensure best practices for email deliverability, list hygiene, and compliance with email marketing regulations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align email strategies with broader business goals and campaigns.
- Trend Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices in email marketing and automation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in email marketing, digital marketing, or a related role with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
- Email Marketing Tools: Proficiency in platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, or similar tools.
- Copywriting Skills: Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive email content.
- Data Analysis: Ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email design and formatting is an added advantage.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in campaign setup, testing, and execution.
- Communication Skills: Strong collaboration and communication skills across teams.
