Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate, engaging, and effective lessons for Nursery and Primary School pupils.
- Create a safe, inclusive, stimulating, and supportive classroom environment that promotes learning and positive behaviour.
- Support pupils’ academic, social, emotional, and intellectual development through effective teaching and appropriate learning activities.
- Assess pupils’ progress, provide constructive feedback, and support individual learning needs.
- Maintain effective classroom management and communicate professionally with parents, colleagues, and school management.
- Participate actively in school activities, meetings, training programmes, and other professional development initiatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a NCE in Education or a related field.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Passion for teaching and child development.
- Creative, patient, and organized.
