Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketer to join our Brand / Marketing team. Your responsibilities will include tracking online marketing trends, collecting and analyzing data, developing campaign strategies, optimizing and reporting online campaign performance, and communicating with clients.

Job Description/Requirements

Digital Marketer Responsibilities:

  • Plan / Execute all aspects of our digital campaign and web measurement strategies including but not limited to SEO, /SEM marketing, email and advertising campaigns.
  • Testing campaigns, analyzing key metrics of lead generation, conversion etc, and identifying opportunities to increase campaign performance.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing content 
  • Developing and presenting learnings from your analyses, including actionable insights to improve customer experience and recommendations.
  • Develop and manage website content, mailchimp and database for all service segments 
  • Coordinate and develop multimedia packages for the business growth of the organization 
  • Collecting and analyzing customer, marketing, and web behavioural data.
  • Creating dashboards, data visualizations, and campaign and website performance reports.
  • Monitoring and analyzing digital media and marketing trends.
  • Communicating and presenting marketing insights to colleagues, senior managers, and clients.

Digital Marketing Analyst Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field with 1-3years of experience in digital marketing/advertising/brand management
  • Experience with SEO/SEM Marketing database, web analytics, social media management etc
  • Good design skills using Photoshop, Illustrator or Corel Draw
  • Deep knowledge of digital marketing across social, display, and programmatic platforms, setting up and optimising using Google Adwords, Facebook ads, 
  • Basic knowledge f HTML, CSS and WordPress CMS.
  • Creative with strong execution skills.
  • Ability to present data driven insights to guide decision making
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

Salary: NGN100,000-NGN 120,000 net (monthly)
