Design Architect

Requirements:

• Minimum of at least 3 years of practice experience.
• Academic qualification of B.sc Degree in Architectural discipline.
  
• Knowledge of CAD tools,  Revit, AutoCAD, Lumion, or other rendering software.
  
• BIM compliant.
  
• Must have strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication abilities, for interaction with different levels of professionals and stakeholders on a high-profile project. 
  
• Registration with ARCON will be an added advantage.
  
• Extensive experience in the delivery of high-quality design outcomes for architectural projects.
  
• Demonstrated ability to conceive and develop contextually responsive and technically advanced architectural designs.
  
• Experience in the design and development of high-value, complex projects in a large and diverse organization with multiple stakeholders would be advantageous.
  
• Proven ability to concurrently manage multiple projects on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction within a structured reporting framework.
  
• A good understanding of design methodologies and a demonstrated understanding of standard forms of construction contracts and architectural industry practices.

Remuneration: NGN 80,000 - 150,000
