Job Description/Requirements
Requirements:
- Answer phone calls and WhatsApp messages from potential customers
- Respond to inquiries on our social media pages (Instagram, Facebook)
- Engage with leads from our online ads
- Follow up with prospects who haven't made decisions yet
- Understand customer needs through thoughtful questions
- Recommend the right battery solutions for their specific situation
- Explain technical concepts in simple, relatable terms
- Guide customers through the purchase process
- Close sales using our natural selling approach (we educate, we don't pressure)
- Log customer interactions in our CRM (Zoho)
- Update order status and keep customers informed
- Report daily on inquiries, quotes sent, and sales closed
- Escalate complex technical questions to the founder
Requirements:
- Minimum B.Sc
- 1 year experience in Sales and Costumer Service
- Excellent English communication (written and spoken)
- Patient and professional
- Comfortable with technology
- Available 6 days/week during business hours (Monday-Saturday)
- Reliable internet connection and smartphone/laptop
- Self-motivated
- Previous customer service or sales experience
- Interest in or knowledge of solar energy/batteries
- Experience with remote work
- Technical aptitude (you can learn about batteries quickly)
