Job Description

Makerspace Ltd is building the biggest community of MAKERS with STEAM as the pedagogic method for learning, guiding student’s inquiry, dialogue, critical thinking and creativity.

The Responsibilities are:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Required skills are:

  • Provide customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
