Job Summary
Join our team at Intertex Fabrics and Design Ltd as a Customer Representative & Tele-Sales Associate. Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Source and engage potential clients through online channels.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Close sales deals effectively, meeting and exceeding targets.
- Respond to inbound calls promptly, providing product information and assistance.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on leads and sales opportunities.
- Assist the Admin Officer with various administrative tasks as needed.
- Respond to WhatsApp messages, Instagram DMs, comments , tags and other applications promptly.
- Manage email correspondence with clients, addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Ensure the satisfaction of both factory and store customers through attentive service.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Direct calls to the appropriate departments or individuals within the organization.
- Report directly to the HR Manager and Marketing Director on sales performance, customer feedback, and trends.
Requirements:
- This position is open preferably to a female candidateÂ
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; additional certification in sales or customer service is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, online sales environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in using various online platforms for sales and communication.
- Experience with CRM software (Customer Relationship Management) is a plus.
Location:Â Festac, Lagos
Remuneration:Â Salary plus commission.
