Job Summary

This role is designed for a customer oriented person who will help in supporting our clients to achieve their targets in their educational programs by providing help and support to the learners on the programs via calls and other mediums of communication.

  • Minimum Qualification: HND
  • Experience Level: Entry level
  • Experience Length: 1 year

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a large amount of incoming phone calls and also assigned calls
  • Handle customer complaints, and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time frame
  • Follow up on their progress and check if the solution you provided worked
  • Respond to messages at the appropriate and allocated time
  • Give feedback on arising issues and possible solutions
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Any other responsibility as duly assigned.


Requirements:

  • Minimum academic qualification of an HND
  • Minimum of 1 year of work experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and people skills
  • Proficiency in using collaboration and productivity tools
