Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist with clinical trial regulatory document management
- Prepare and maintain electronic regulatory binders
- Enter and review study data in Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems
- Track study documentation and investigator training records
- Support subject recruitment and pre-screening activities
- Assist with adverse event and protocol deviation documentation
- Review medical records and source documents for completeness
- Prepare reports, logs, trackers, and study-related correspondence
- Schedule investigator meetings and training sessions
- Support quality assurance and compliance activities
- Coordinate with investigators, sponsors, and CROs globally
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in: Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, Medical Laboratory Science, Public Health, Biological Sciences, and Life Sciences or related field
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Reliable internet connection and personal computer
- Close attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work during U.S. business hours
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior clinical research experience
- GCP certification
- Experience with EDC systems
- Experience with regulatory documentation
- Healthcare or medical records experience
