Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Cultivating solid relationship with client through the provision of exceptional sales services
- Creating a positive on boarding experience for all new client
- Persuade customer to reconsider the continuity and increment of their patronage with the company
- Regularly interacting with client through telephone calls, email, communications, face to face meeting.
- Investigating and solve customer problems, which may be complex or long standing that have been passed on by client relation executive
- Develop feedback or complaint procedure for customer use
- Improving customer services procedure, policies and standard
- Drafting of relevant correspondence document to communicate the company position on any transaction concerning new and existing client
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience
- Minimum of HND
