Cinematographer

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute on-site studio and field video shoots.
• Operate cameras, lenses, lighting, audio, and stabilisation equipment professionally.
• Develop shot lists, visual concepts, and storyboards with the creative team.
• Set up proper lighting, framing, and camera movements to achieve high-quality footage.
• Ensure consistent visual style, exposure, and continuity across projects.
• Collaborate with the post-production team by organising and managing raw footage.
• Maintain, clean, and manage all visual production equipment.
• Ensure all shoots are delivered within agreed timelines and project requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Cinematography, or related field (preferred but not compulsory with a strong portfolio).
• 2–5 years proven experience as a Cinematographer or Videographer.
• Strong technical skills with professional cameras, lighting, drones (optional), and production equipment.
• Good understanding of visual composition, exposure, framing, and cinematography techniques.
• Ability to work fully on-site, Monday to Saturday, and support weekend productions when required.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• A strong showreel or portfolio is mandatory.
