Job summary
In this dual-role leadership position, you will serve as the Chief Marketing Officer for both SINC Partners and its entire portfolio of companies, shaping the overall marketing vision, strategy, and execution. Simultaneously, you will lead Operations for Skimake Prints, ensuring efficient, scalable, and customer-centric delivery of prints.

Responsibilities:
Marketing Leadership (CMO for SINC Partners & Portfolio Companies):
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and annual marketing plans for Skimake Prints and all SINC Partners portfolio companies.
- Lead all digital marketing efforts, including social media marketing, SEO, content marketing, paid advertising, and email marketing.
- Build and manage a strong content engine that positions Skimake Prints and SINC Partners as leaders in the printing and startup ecosystem space.
- Drive PR initiatives, media relations, thought leadership, and brand storytelling to increase visibility and credibility.
- Oversee website optimization, SEO performance, and conversion rate optimization across all digital assets.
- Ideate and launch creative campaigns, promotions, and growth experiments to acquire new customers and retain existing ones.
- Measure and report on all marketing KPIs (ROI, CAC, LTV, engagement metrics, etc.) and continuously optimize for growth.
- Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team as the company scales.
Operations Leadership (Head of Operations – Skimake Prints):
- Oversee end-to-end operations, including order fulfilment, production coordination, quality control, logistics, and delivery.
- Optimize operational processes to ensure speed, consistency, and excellence in customer experience (same-day delivery, global shipping capability, and zero-defect printing standards).
- Manage vendor relationships, supply chain, and production partners to maintain cost efficiency and high-quality output.
- Implement systems and technology (including AI-powered tools) to scale operations efficiently.
- Ensure operational excellence aligns with marketing efforts to deliver on brand promises.
- Monitor operational KPIs such as turnaround time, order accuracy, customer satisfaction (NPS), and cost per order.
Strategic & Leadership Responsibilities:
- Act as a key member of the leadership team, contributing to overall business strategy and growth planning.
- Serve as a creative idea generator and strategic thinker who translates business goals into compelling marketing and operational initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with the SINC Partners team to support portfolio companies with marketing direction and execution.
- Drive cross-functional alignment between marketing, operations, sales, and product teams.
Requirements:
- Minimum BSC
- 3 years of previous experience in a similar role
