Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced chef who will be responsible for kitchen activities to ensure the smooth daily running of its activities. He/She will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and administering restaurant/kitchen services such as menus, and quality of food.

  • Minimum Qualification:HND
  • Experience Level:Mid level
  • Experience Length:4 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Planning and managing budgets.
  • Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene, and health and safety legislation/guidelines.
  • Ensure food is of excellent quality and served promptly to customers
  • Oversee and coordinate menus for the day
  • Manage the daily operations of the kitchen
  • Managing stock of kitchen supplies.


Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a chef
  • Passion for delighting people with food
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • The ability to motivate other members of staff
  • The ability to work well as part of a team.
  • Good leadership skills
