Store Associate

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all the store fronts they manage are opened at the right time daily
• Ensure that all items provisioned for sale are made available at least one (1) hour before the store open time
• Ensure that all trackers and boards are updated to reflect the meals provisioned for the day
• Ensure that all products available for sale are uploaded to the back end, and visible on the front end
• Perform hourly checks to confirm that the front-end of the store is displaying the right meals accurately
• Ensure that all orders are complete, sent out in the best condition, and dispatched on time
• Periodically check if there is any flaw in the order placement flow when no order has been received on a particular channel for more than 30mins
• Understand the cook times per meal, to inform on timelines for requesting the second batch, especially if a meal has only one portion left before 12pm
• Understand the predefined process flows and share reports as at when due

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of work experience in an Operations related role
• You must have completed studies at a University, Polytechnic or similar institution
• We would prefer candidates who live on the Island, especially around Oniru/Victoria Island axis
• You should be familiar with CRM, and comfortably use spreadsheets to collect, analyze & interpret data
• Effectively manage projects using project management techniques and tools
• Be conversant with operations in such industries as Food and Beverage, FMCG, e-Commerce, Transportation, and others
• Must be able to communicate effectively with different levels of stakeholders, and able to negotiate, too
• Demonstrate results in improving business performance through leadership
• Have a highly developed sense of urgency
• Must be willing to work shifts between Mondays to Sundays
• Must be willing to work at least 20 shifts a month
• Should have a good understanding of store operations and logistics
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• Understand the predefined process flows and share reports as at when due

Location: 

• We are prioritizing candidates who live on the Island especially around Oniru/VI environs

Remuneration: NGN 80,000 monthly salary (net), on working 20 shifts a month.

• Payment per shift is NGN 4,000, but you will be paid at the end of the month.
• You are only entitled to work one shift a day, so that you can have work-life balance
