Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research on automotive products (including new energy vehicles and traditional fuel vehicles), master details such as vehicle performance, configuration, pricing, and after-sales service policies, and provide professional product consulting services to customers.
- Actively develop potential customers through multiple channels (such as offline store reception, online platform inquiries, customer referrals, and community marketing), and establish and maintain a customer resource database.
- Receive customers warmly, understand their car purchase needs (including budget, usage scenarios, functional preferences, etc.), and recommend suitable vehicle models and configuration solutions.
- Guide customers to complete test drives, explain driving experience and vehicle advantages in detail, answer customers' doubts about car purchase (such as financing policies, insurance services, and licensing procedures), and promote the closing of sales deals.
- Collaborate with relevant departments (such as finance, after-sales, and logistics) to handle car purchase procedures for customers, including contract signing, payment collection, insurance purchase, and vehicle delivery, ensuring a smooth customer car purchase experience.
- Conduct post-purchase follow-ups with customers (such as regular calls, WeChat communications, etc.), understand vehicle usage status, collect customer feedback, maintain long-term customer relationships, and promote secondary purchases or customer referrals.
- Complete the sales targets assigned by the company on time, summarise sales work regularly, analyse sales data and customer needs, and put forward suggestions for optimising sales strategies.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or higher, with a major in automotive marketing, sales management, or a related field, is preferred.
- At least 1 year of automotive sales experience is preferred
- Fresh graduates with a strong interest in the automotive industry and good communication skills.
