Job summary
We are seeking a Business Development and Marketing Manager to expand our property portfolio, identify investment opportunities, and secure strategic client relationships. This role is key to scaling our business and market presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads and closing high-value real estate deals.

- Source new property listings and client partnerships
- Develop proposals that address clients' needs, concerns, and objectives while maintaining company profitability.
- Negotiate property deals and agreements

- Maintaining a strong network and maintaining ongoing client relationships after project start-up
- Represent the company at networking events/meetings to promote the company’s products and services.

Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in real estate business development, finance, construction, or related field
- Strong negotiation, networking, and analytical skills
- Proven track record in securing partnerships or property listings
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
