Role purpose
Drive sales and marketing performance across UFAM's residential, commercial and mixed-use property portfolio. The role generates qualified demand, converts high-value buyers and investors, and builds the partnerships and brand visibility that grow occupancy, sales and project profitability.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, develop and secure new business across the residential, commercial and mixed-use property portfolio.
- Lead marketing initiatives and campaigns that raise brand visibility and generate qualified buyer and investor leads.
- Build and maintain relationships with investors, developers, corporate clients, government agencies and key stakeholders.
- Develop market-penetration strategies to improve occupancy rates, sales conversion and project profitability.
- Conduct market research, feasibility assessments and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities.
- Negotiate and close high-value sales, partnerships and property acquisition opportunities.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors and project teams to align developments with market demand.
- Prepare and present business proposals, investment cases and growth strategies to executive management and prospective clients.
- Track sales performance, pipeline development and revenue targets, reporting regularly to management.
Required qualifications and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Estate Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 to 10 years' experience in business development, property marketing or strategic sales, ideally within real estate or property development.
- Strong understanding of property investment structures, land acquisition, development cycles and real estate market dynamics.
- Demonstrated ability to generate revenue, negotiate contracts and manage high-value client relationships.
- Established network across investors, developers and corporate clients in the Nigerian property market.
- Excellent communication skills, with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM platforms and digital marketing tools.

- Experience marketing property to diaspora or high-net-worth buyers.

- Builds a referral and repeat-client base that generates a measurable share of new business.
- Brings in new partnerships or channels that open additional demand for the portfolio.
