The ideal candidate must already possess an established, active network of manufacturing clients in the Nigerian food, beverage, cosmetics, and household care sectors. Job descriptions & requirements
- Drive B2B Sales: Identify, pitch, and close sales opportunities for our imported flavours and fragrances with manufacturing companies across Nigeria.
- Leverage Network: Capitalise on your existing network of industry manufacturers to generate immediate leads and business opportunities.
- Account Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing and new clients, ensuring high retention and customer satisfaction.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new growth areas.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to consistently meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
- B.Sc. in Industrial Chemistry, Microbiology or any of the sciences
- Minimum of 5 years of core sales experience specifically within the Flavours & Fragrances industry in Nigeria. (Applications without this specific industry experience will not be considered).
- A proven, verifiable network of active B2B customers and manufacturers in Nigeria within this industry.
- A highly agile, proactive mindset with a strong sense of urgency and excellent negotiation skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills suitable for corporate B2B environments.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license (an operational vehicle will be provided for official duties).
- Attractive commission structure on sales targets met.
- Operational vehicle for official client visits.
