Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

• Source and visit new shop owners, wholesalers and solar contractors within Alaba market; attend walk‑in customers and arrange sample demos at the warehouse or shop.
• Demonstrate products, explain technical specs, quality differences and promotion offers to clients.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate orders following the company price list, take orders and coordinate with the warehouse for stock and delivery.
• Follow up payments, keep proper sales and payment records, and escalate overdue debts to the manager timely. ( No credit term can be granted without approval.)
• Maintain relationships with existing dealers, share new products, promotions, and handle basic after‑sales enquiries.
• Collect competitor prices, new models and market feedback; send a daily sales report via WhatsApp.
• Manage display samples, keep demo units in good condition, and report stock shortages.
• Support online leads from Facebook and WhatsApp; assist market promotion activities.
• Build customer database and submit weekly customer & sales summary

Requirements：

• Able to speak basic Chinese, fluent in English and at least one major local Nigerian language (Yoruba / Igbo / Hausa).
• Have sales and customer‑management working experience.
• Possess retail / store sales experience.
• Able to conduct field visits to potential customers.
• Have hands‑on product promotion experience.
