Job summary
Gidipex, a global crypto trading platform with fast Naira funding, is hiring a Lagos-based sales & business development executive for our OTC and futures desks. Onboard high-volume traders, get them funded and trading, and grow the volume with uncapped commission. Best fit: you already have a trading network to activate. The ideal candidate will own the growth of trading volume on our OTC and futures desks. You will bring on and manage high-volume traders and merchants, get them funded and trading on Gidipex, and grow their activity month over month. This is a revenue role: your success is measured in live trading volume, and your earnings grow directly with it.
Job descriptions & requirements
Respondibilities:
- Source and onboard active crypto traders, merchants, and high-volume clients
- Guide each client through funding (Naira deposit), first trade, and ongoing OTC/futures activity
- Be the client's dedicated point of contact, fast responses are the core of the job
- Hit monthly volume and client-onboarding targets
- Feed market and product insight back to the team
Requirements:
- 2+ years in sales, business development, or crypto/OTC trading
- An existing network of crypto traders or merchants you can activate quickly (major advantage)
- Genuine understanding of crypto, stablecoins, and how traders think about price, spread, speed, and settlement
- Strong communication and a hunter's mentality; fully comfortable being measured on results
- Based in Lagos and able to start immediately
- Sales and business development skills
- Crypto Trading, OTC trading, and cryptocurrency skills
- Client Relationship Management skills
- Lead generation, negotiation, and networking skills
