Sales Officer
Job summary
The sales officer will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into paying students and corporate clients, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets. This is a performance-driven role suited for someone who enjoys interacting with people and closing deals.

- Identify and engage prospective students and corporate clients.
- Follow up on enquiries from phone calls, WhatsApp, email, social media, and the website.
- Convert leads into enrollments through effective sales conversations.
- Promote the academy's training programs to individuals and organizations.
- Conduct outbound calls and prospecting activities to generate new business.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities in the CRM.
- Prepare quotations and training proposals where necessary.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Participate in educational fairs, exhibitions, networking events, and corporate visits.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- A minimum of an HND in marketing, business administration, mass communication, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, customer acquisition, or a related role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Confidence in making outbound calls and conducting sales presentations.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work with CRM systems is an added advantage.
- Experience selling training, education, or professional services.
- Corporate B2B sales experience.
- Knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals.
- Experience with LinkedIn prospecting and email outreach.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
