Location: Home-based with Lagos, Ibadan, Abuja, Cross-Rivers travel Salary: ₦220,000 + Travel allowance + bonus

What would you be responsible for?

  • You’ll balance growth and care - driving new business while ensuring our current customers continue to thrive with us.
  • Business Development: Identifying and winning new clients across Lagos, Abuja, Ibadan and Cross Rivers
  • Account Management: Strengthening and growing existing relationships to maximise retention and sales
  • Customer Experience: Ensuring every client receives excellent service and support
  • Strategy & Innovation: Spotting opportunities, contributing ideas, and aligning with the team on sales and marketing
  • Representation: Being a vibrant presence at trade shows and industry events

  • Success will mean delivering against sales and customer growth targets, helping us achieve ambitious plans while spreading more everyday moments of joy.


Whom we're looking for:

  • At least 3 years’ proven experience in a business development or account management role (ideally B2B)
  • Strong track record of winning new business and growing existing accounts
  • High energy, resilient, and solutions-focused — you thrive under pressure
  • Excellent communicator who builds rapport quickly. Confident using CRM systems, Excel/Google Sheets, and other digital tools
  • Naturally curious, with the ability to spot opportunities others miss
  • Being mobile (as travel to customers/trade shows will be part of the role)
