Job Summary

  • Minimum Qualification: HND
  • Experience Level: Entry level
  • Experience Length: 1 year

Job Description/Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • Assist with everyday business Management 
  • Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
  • Organising events and conferences
  • Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadline

Job Qualities: 

  • BSc/ HND in business Admin or any related field
  • Must be proficient with Msc Office, 
  • Must have good communication skills
  • At least 1-year previous experience
