Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the agency for all experiential projects.
- Interpret client briefs and translate them into actionable experiential concepts.
- Coordinate internal creative, production, and operations teams to deliver event objectives.
- Oversee end-to-end execution of brand activations and on-ground experiences.
- Manage event timelines, deliverables, and approvals to ensure seamless delivery.
- Prepare and monitor project budgets to keep activations within financial targets.
- Supervise promoters, hostesses, and on-site event staff during activations.
- Ensure all event elements align with brand guidelines and client expectations.
- Track performance metrics and compile detailed post-event reports.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of work experience
- BSc. in a relevant course of study
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 400,000 Net
Work Mode: Onsite (9 AM - 5 PM)
