Job summary

This role focuses on supporting the brand’s growth by reaching out to potential customers and clients, creating awareness about our products, and following up on leads and sales inquiries. The Marketing Assistant / Intern will help build relationships with customers, salons, wholesalers, and beauty enthusiasts while supporting marketing activities

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

Customer & Client Outreach:

  • Reach out to prospective customers, salons, and partners via social media, WhatsApp, email, or phone
  • Introduce the brand, products, and ongoing promotions
  • Share product information, pricing, and ordering details
  • Maintain a professional, friendly, and persuasive brand tone


Sales Follow-Up & Lead Management:

  • Follow up on customer inquiries, abandoned carts, and product interests
  • Assist with closing sales conversations where appropriate
  • Track and document customer responses and sales progress
  • Provide reminders on offers, stock availability, or delivery timelines


Marketing & Engagement Support:

  • Assist in promoting new products and collections to existing and potential customers
  • Help distribute campaign messages, catalogues, or product photos
  • Support relationship-building with repeat buyers and wholesalers
  • Encourage feedback, reviews, and testimonials


Customer Experience Support:

  • Help answer basic product questions and provide usage guidance
  • Escalate complex inquiries to senior team members when necessary
  • Ensure every interaction reflects the brand’s values and customer-first culture


Reporting & Coordination:

  • Keep records of outreach activities and follow-up pipelines
  • Provide simple weekly reports on leads, responses, and conversions
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align communication priorities


Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Polite, confident, and customer-friendly tone
  • Basic understanding of sales or customer engagement
  • Comfortable with social media, messaging platforms & phone outreach
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Enjoys speaking with people and building relationships
  • Is passionate about beauty, hair, and lifestyle brands
  • Is result-driven but approachable and professional
  • Learns quickly and works well in a collaborative team
