B2B Marketing Manager
Job summary
The B2B marketing manager will develop and execute marketing strategies that attract and retain corporate clients, including importers, exporters, SMEs, and service providers. This role requires a mix of field marketing, digital campaigns, and relationship-based outreach, ensuring that the company’s payment solutions reach businesses that need FX and international transfers.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement B2B marketing campaigns targeting corporate clients.
- Conduct market research to identify potential business clients in need of international payments
- Build and manage corporate leads pipeline.
- Collaborate with sales teams to convert leads into onboarded clients
- Conduct field marketing activities by visiting business offices, trade zones, and industrial hubs.
- Organize and participate in corporate events, webinars, and workshops to promote services
- Monitor and analyse marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations.
- Maintain strong knowledge of FX, cross-border payments, and competitor offerings.
- Develop sales and marketing collateral for corporate clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or related f ield.
- 5+ years’ experience in B2B marketing, preferably in Banking / FX / Corporate Payments / Fintech o Trade Finance or Treasury Marketing o Crypto & Stablecoin Payment
- Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into paying corporate clients
- Excellent understanding of corporate client needs, FX products, and international payment processes
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
