ATM Deployment Officer
Job Summary
To deploy ATM terminals to our branches, e- Branches, and offsite locations in order to delight customers, make available funds, provide alternative channels for utility and bill payments, mobile top in order to delight customers. Make ATM available for customers use 24/7, deploy all dependencies for the effective performance of the ATMs by working with all stakeholders

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Deploy ATMs to branches, offsite locations, BOF, and e-Branches bearing in mind accessibility, availability, and visibility
- Ensure continuous availability of ATM in line with the Bank’s 24x7 operations.
- Liaise with Vendors and Suppliers to Conduct Proof of Concept Testing for all new automated teller machines and solutions.
- Drive and act as the primary contact for all Testing Activities involving ATM-specific and related software and hardware enhancements.
- Arrange User Training, Manuals, and Guides for all ATM applications for branch users.
- Engage in weekend/holiday duties when assigned.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
- All Deliverables should be On Time, Within Budget, and Strictly in accordance with Specifications.
- Monthly production of trend analysis on capacity utilization (recommend and advise supervisor of potential capacity problems)
- Resource person for all ATM deployments
- Preparation and update of the procedure and user manuals for effective operation.
- Preparation and update of activity checklist for ATM installation.
- Availability of procedure and user manuals for effective operation.
- Effectively performing a backup role
- Visit prospective Offsite locations
- Review and update ATM deployment plan for the financial year.
- Ensure newly delivered ATMs are well stocked and accounted for in the Warehouse.
- Track deployment of new ATMs in transit to locations
- Do justification for new ATMs when required.
- Envelope deposit deployment
- Increase in transaction Value/Volume on envelope deposit solution
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Must not be older than 34 years,
- Minimum education level – A good first degree in any discipline
- A minimum of six(6) years’ experience in a bank/financial institution with the last Four(4) in e-business and ATM Knowledge and technology trend.
