Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Argon/TIG Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welding and fabricating stainless steel, aluminum, and other metal components using argon-shielded welding techniques. The role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to read technical drawings while ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety are maintained. The argon welder will be responsible for performing high-precision welding using TIG/argon welding techniques on stainless steel, aluminum, and other metal components. The role involves interpreting technical drawings, preparing welding materials, executing clean and accurate welds, inspecting finished work for quality, and completing all tasks.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Perform TIG/argon welding on stainless steel, aluminum, and other metals.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
- Prepare and assemble metal components for welding.
- Set up welding equipment, including torches, gas flow, and electrodes.
- Carry out high-quality welds with clean finishes and minimal distortion.
- Inspect welded joints for accuracy, strength, and quality standards.
- Grind, polish, and finish welded parts where necessary.
- Maintain welding tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Follow safety procedures and ensure a clean, hazard-free workspace.
- Work with supervisors to meet project timelines and specifications.
Requirements:
- Certificate or training in Welding, Fabrication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–5 years of proven experience in argon/TIG welding.
- Strong ability to weld stainless steel and aluminum with precision.
- Good understanding of welding symbols, technical drawings, and fabrication tools.
- Skilled in grinding, finishing, and metal preparation.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong safety awareness and adherence to industry standards.
- Physical stamina and ability to work in demanding environments.
