Beauty Routine is a fast-growing cosmetics brand dedicated to providing high-quality skincare products that empower confidence and beauty. We are expanding rapidly across Nigeria and looking for passionate and driven Area Sales Managers to join our team in Lagos.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Recruit and develop new distributors within your assigned area
- Build and manage a promotional and sales team (beauty advisors/sales reps)
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure consistent follow-up
- Execute sales strategies and achieve regional sales targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales or distribution management, preferably in the cosmetics, FMCG, or skincare industry
- Minimum qualification of HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
- Must be based in Lagos and familiar with the local market
