Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing architectural concepts, designs, and working drawings
- Participate in site analysis, feasibility studies, and space planning
- Prepare detailed construction documents and 3D visualisations
- Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and contractors throughout project phases
- Go on site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design intent and regulations
- Maintain organised project documentation and support client presentations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc..) in Architecture from a recognised institution
- 0–2 years of experience in an architectural or design-related role
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant design software
- Strong creative, technical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Must be able to resume immediately
- NYSC completed or exemption certificate available
