Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Architect to advise and supervise estate renovation.

- Experience Length : 5 years
Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed construction drawings, specifications, and documentation using Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant software
- Manage and supervise construction independently
- Ensure building projects are within the budget and timelines
- Provide quality finishing
- Sourcing contractors and/or subcontractors to work on the construction stage of the project.
- Responsible for achieving proper finishing of the entire estate.
Requirements:
- B.Sc./MSc. in Architecture or related field. Professional Certification in Architecture or Construction is a plus.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of practical experience in a construction establishment is required.
- Must be able to plan for and organize contractors/construction activities in a very busy environmentÂ
- Ability to ensure building projects remain within budget.
- A high-caliber and professional team player with the ability to meet deadlines and achieve organizational goals.
