Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and planning phases of various architectural projects, ensuring they align with the client's vision and requirements.
- Collaborate with the design team to create innovative and sustainable solutions that elevate the built environment.
- Develop and present design proposals, incorporating 2D and 3D visualizations, to clients for feedback and approval.
- Oversee the preparation of detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and provide on-site problem-solving expertise.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in materials, building systems, and industry trends through thorough research.
- Mentor and guide junior architects, offering support and fostering their professional growth.
- Participate in business development activities, including client presentations and proposal preparation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Proven experience as an Architect, with at least 3 years of hands-on project management experience.
- Proficiency in 3D rendering using industry-standard design software such as 3Ds Max, Lumion, AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects and design styles.
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles and a genuine eagerness to integrate them into projects.
