Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and planning phases of various architectural projects, ensuring they align with the client's vision and requirements.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create innovative and sustainable solutions that elevate the built environment.
  • Develop and present design proposals, incorporating 2D and 3D visualizations, to clients for feedback and approval.
  • Oversee the preparation of detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
  • Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and compliance with building codes and regulations.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and provide on-site problem-solving expertise.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in materials, building systems, and industry trends through thorough research.
  • Mentor and guide junior architects, offering support and fostering their professional growth.
  • Participate in business development activities, including client presentations and proposal preparation.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Proven experience as an Architect, with at least 3 years of hands-on project management experience.
  • Proficiency in 3D rendering using industry-standard design software such as 3Ds Max, Lumion, AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.
  • Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects and design styles.
  • Knowledge of sustainable design principles and a genuine eagerness to integrate them into projects.
