AI Video Editor & Social Media Strategist

• Ideate, edit, and produce videos for social media using both AI video tools (e.g., Runway, Pika Labs, Sora, Google VEO, Turing, etc.) and traditional editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve).
  
• Work from provided scripts to create compelling visual narratives that deliver clear messages and emotional impact.
  
• Add effects, motion graphics, and creative polish using professional editing tools.
  
• Develop and implement video-led social media strategies to grow our LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok presence.
  
• Plan and execute posting calendars, content optimization, and growth tactics to build engaged communities.
  
• Analyze performance metrics and continuously optimize content for reach and engagement.

Requirements:

• Have proven experience producing viral or high-impact videos for brands or personal projects.
• Can show real samples of both AI-generated videos and traditionally edited videos.
• Are fluent in AI video tools (Runway, Pika, Veo, Turing, etc.) and traditional editing suites (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, etc.).
• Understand video storytelling, pacing, camera angles, and creative direction deeply.
• Have experience growing social media channels—and can show before/after examples and the strategies you used.
• Think like a builder—ready to commit long-term and treat this as your own project, not just a gig.
